Before the court is eTreppid Technologies, LLC’s (“eTreppid”) points and authorities in support of its assertion of the attorney-client privilege against Dennis Montgomery (# 427). Also before the court is Dennis Montgomery (“Montgomery”) and the Montgomery Family Trust’s (“the Trust”) (collectively the “Montgomery Parties”) memorandum of points and authorities showing that eTreppid’s attorney-client privilege objections should be overruled in their entirety (# 428 and #429).
