This is an appeal from a decree in a bill filed to foreclose a trust deed given by defendants to secure notes aggregating $7,500, with interest. The trust deed provided that on failure to pay interest when due, such default of interest payment continuing for 30 days, the whole amount of the indebtedness might at the option of the legal holder thereof be declared due and payable and payment enforced by foreclosure or otherwise.
