Herman N. Bundesen, one of several copurchasers of certain lots, filed his bill to cancel the sales contracts and to recover the payments he had made on the same, on the grounds: (1) The subdividers, for themselves and as agents for other defendants, induced the purchase by misrepresentations. (2) The subdividers, without the knowledge of complainant, paid commissions to his copurchasers to induce the sale.
