These four actions of trespass on the case for negligence were brought to recover for injuries sustained by the plaintiffs while allegedly passengers in an automobile owned by the defendants. Demurrers by the defendants to the plaintiff's third amended declaration in each case were sustained after hearing thereon by a justice of the superior court, who in his rescript granted express permission to each plaintiff to file a fourth amended declaration within ten days thereafter.
