THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses, filed October 10, 2013 (D.E. 13). The Court is fully briefed on the issue.1 *690Upon review of the record and careful consideration, the Court finds that the Motion should be granted in part.
