In 'the month of March, 1912, the plaintiffs delivered to the defendant company at St. Paul, Minnesota, five loads of cattle, to be transported over 'defendant’s lines to certain points in Iowa. Certain carloads were consigned to J. W. Riggs, Douds, Iowa, and certain carloads to J. A. Baldwin at Selma, Iowa.
