Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hanophy, J.), rendered November 29, 1989, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was charged under the last count of a four-count indictment with acting in concert with one Scott Wright in the sale of one-half kilo of cocaine to undercover police officers on October 23, 1987.
