Nickolas Roa (Roa) appeals from the judgment and order committing him indefinitely to the custody of the State Department of State Hospitals after a jury found him to be a sexually violent predator (SVP) under the Sexually Violent Predators Act (SVPA) (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 6600 et seq.). Roa contends the trial court committed prejudicial error and denied him his due process rights by allowing the expert witnesses to testify as to case-specific facts that constitute inadmissible hearsay under People v.
