Case No. 14-1040 is an appeal by Lawrence A. Brock and Diane Melree Brock (Brocks) from an opinion of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit (BAP), which affirmed an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado (bankruptcy court), that denied their objection to a claim filed by the Alec J. Glasser Defined Benefit Pension Plan (Glasser Pension Plan), and allowed the Plan an unsecured claim against their Chapter 11 bankruptcy estate.
