I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, ROCKLAND MORTGAGE CORP., has filed suit against defendant, Shareholders Funding, Inc., alleging trademark infringement, 1 unfair competition, and deceptive trade practices under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), the Delaware Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Del. Code Ann. tit. 6, § 2531 et seq., and the common law. The Court has subject matter jurisdiction over plaintiffs Lanham Act claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1338(a).
