Jose Manuel Chavez, Felipe Dejesus Puli-do, Miguel Pulido, Francisco Contreras, Santiago Contreras, Ezekiel Pulido, and Alex Lukowski sued Don Stoltzner Mason Contractor, Inc. (“Stoltzner”) and its officers, owners, and accountant, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 207(a), and the Illinois Minimum Wage Law (“IMWL”), 820 ILCS 105/4 and 4a.
