Findings of Fact.

JENKINS, J.

The appellant is an accident insurance company, chartered under the provisions of chapter 5, tit. 71, of the Revised Statutes. It issued a certificate to Calvin C. Branum, payable in the sum of $5,-000 to his wife, Anna C. Branum, upon receipt of satisfactory proof of the accidental death of the insured. On May 27, 1913, the insured was in a hotel in Hot Springs, Ark., and witnessed from his window a fire in a building on the opposite side of the street, in which a helpless man was accidentally burned to death, by reason of which the insured was greatly shocked…
