The defendant Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter Nationwide) met its initial burden of establishing that the plaintiff commenced this action after expiration of the two-year limitations period contained in the subject insurance policy (see Gilbert Frank Corp. v Federal Ins.
