In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of a lease, the defendant Mark Scheiner appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bucaria, J.), dated June 26, 2012, as granted those branches of the plaintiffs motion which were for summary judgment on the first cause of action insofar as asserted against him and summary judgment on the issue of liability on the fourth through sixth causes of action insofar as asserted against him.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
