On April 5, 1955 appellant, Tillie Halperin, a woman 61 years of age, was injured as sbe was trying to aligbt from a bus owned by appellee, Hot Springs Street Railway Company, and operated by one of its employees, after tbe bus bad stopped on Central Avenue in front of tbe Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs.

On April 11, 1955 appellant filed her complaint for damages against the Railway Company, charging the company with negligence in the following particulars: The driver of the bus “negligently and carelessly failed to pull the bus into the designated bus stop,…
