Following a trial by the court, Kelly O’Shea (“Appellant”) was convicted of fifteen counts of forgery, a violation of Sec tion 570.090. 1 On appeal, Appellant argues that the trial court plainly erred in failing to make a specific finding on the record that Appellant was a prior and persistent offender. 2 We disagree.
