LINDSAY, Judge.

A five-judge panel was created in this appeal when one judge of the original three-judge panel dissented to a proposed reversal of the trial court’s judgment in this civil forfeiture action. LSA-Const. Art. 5, § 8.

On reargument, we reverse the trial court judgment.

The appellant, Frank L. Wilson, was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. During the course of his drug arrest, his 1979 Cadillac and $24 in cash were seized.
