RULING ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

NEWMAN, District Judge.

This motion to dismiss presents in an unusual procedural posture an important question of the reach of this Court’s in personam jurisdiction. Plaintiff Cryomedics, Inc. (“Cyromedies”) is a Connecticut corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of cryosurgical instruments that are sold to hospitals and surgeons.
