This special action was brought to vacate the order of the Honorable William P. French, Judge of the Superior Court of Maricopa County, Arizona, quashing a subpoena duces tecum. The subpoena was directed to Craig Mehrens, an attorney licensed to practice in Arizona. It ordered him to appear and testify before a grand jury, and to produce “all personal letters written to SANDRA MARIE WAYMAN by RONALD A.
