On March 18, 2003, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey entered final judgment against Jazz Photo Corp., Jazz Photo Ltd., and Jack Benun, a former Jazz director and consultant, (collectively Jazz) for infringement of Fuji Photo Film Co.
