[¶ 1] Following his conviction in the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Jabar, J.), Donald Watts III, relying on the assertions of a juror dissatisfied with the verdict in which he had participated, moved for a new trial pursuant to M.R.Crim. P. 33, alleging misconduct on the part of another juror. The court granted the motion, entering an order granting Watts a new trial.
