OPINION AND ORDER

CRABB, District Judge.

This is a civil action for money damages arising from an accident at a tractor pull competition in Tomah, Wisconsin. During this competition, plaintiff Randall Rose sustained serious injuries after his tractor, an 1,800 horsepower, turbo-charged behemoth, rolled over on top of him. Rose, his wife and children have sued the organizations responsible for setting the standards that govern tractor pull competitions, defendants National Tractor Pullers Association, Inc. and World Pulling International, Inc.
