*310Anthony Lavon Wright (defendant) appeals from an equitable distribution judgment awarding, among other things, 37.5 percent of his line of duty disability payments and 37.5 percent of his total permanent disability payments to Nicole Renee Wright (plaintiff). After careful consideration, we affirm in part, and reverse and remand in part.
