MOORE, District Judge:

There are two main issues involved in this appeal. First, this Court reviews whether there was sufficient evidence to convict codefendants Christopher Michael Dean and Ricardo Curtis Lopez (“Appellants”) for conspiracy to interfere with interstate commerce by robbery in violation of the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951(a). Second, this Court also examines whether 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(l)(A)(iii), a sentencing enhancement for discharge of a firearm, includes an intent element.
