BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.

This product liability case was tried to a jury, which returned verdicts in favor of each plaintiff and awarded them compensatory damages. The District Court1 denied the motions of defendant Phillips Petroleum Company (hereinafter Phillips) for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial, and entered judgment on the jury verdicts. Phillips appeals, contending that the District Court erred in submitting plaintiffs’ case to the jury, in admitting certain evidence, and in instructing the jury.
