HIGGINS, Commissioner.

Gerald Bone claimed compensation from his employer, Daniel Hamm Drayage Company, and its insurer, American Mutual Liability Insurance Company, for traumatic amputation of his right foot on June 12, 1963, and from the State Treasurer of Missouri, Custodian, Second Injury Fund, on account of that injury and pre-existing permanent partial disability. A compromise settlement of 170-weeks’ compensation was made between the employee, his employer, and its insurer, which terminated the claim with respect to the injury sustained June 12, 1963.
