Transfer under RSA 502-A.T7-a (Supp. 1973) by the Nashua District Court of questions of law raised by the denial of defendant’s motions to dismiss two criminal complaints filed against her. These complaints arose out of a single incident alleged to have occurred at 1:29 a.m., December 1, 1973, on East Pearl Street in Nashua. One complaint charges the defendant with making an unreasonable noise in a public place in violation of RSA 644:2 II (b).
