Edward H. Garcin, a widower with three children, at Washington, District of Columbia, on June 1st, 1898, was married to Miss Helen Spiers.

From Washington they went to New York City, where they stayed about ten days at the Hoffman House; thence they came to the Windsor Hotel, Trenton, where Mr. Garcin had made his home; thence, somewhere about July 1st, they moved to the Columbia Hotel, at Belmar, New Jersey, where they remained during the months of July and a part of August; thence they returned to the Windsor Hotel, at Trenton, for a brief period; thence she went to Washington and…
