In June, 1926, the plaintiff, Cacilie Krutzfeld, filed complaint to quiet title to approximately 880 acres of land in Toole county, alleging that the defendants L. C. Stevenson, trustee, and Sunburst Oil & Refining Company claim some interest therein, but that such claims are without right. Answering, the defendants set up claims to certain proportionate interests in the oil and gas in and under the land, evidenced by three “mineral deeds” executed by plaintiff and her husband, and covering subdivisions of the land described in the complaint.
