INTRODUCTION
Defendant Wells Fargo Bank (“Defendant”) has filed a motion to dismiss the First Amended Complaint of plaintiffs Gurvinder Ghuman and Parminder K. Ghuman (“Plaintiffs”) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
