This is an appeal of an order granting a motion for summary judgment against appellant’s third party claim for indemnity, as well as a denial of appellant’s motion to amend the third party complaint to add a request for contribution.
On August 22, 1972, the plaintiff, while riding his motorcycle, was involved in a collision with an automobile driven by William C. Spilko.
