Defendant appeals from conviction and sentence for negligent homicide.

As defendant attacks the sufficiency of the information filed against him August 23, 1938, we quote the material part thereof:

‘ ‘ That Martin Eger late of the township of Ida in the county of Monroe and State of Michigan, heretofore, to wit: on the 28th day of July in the year 1938 at the township of Ida in said Monroe county, did by the operation of a motor vehicle, to wit: an automobile at an immoderate rate of speed and in a careless, reckless manner, but not wilfully or wantonly, cause the death of Olen Osgood in the…
