Plaintiff-appellant was a non-tenure, duly licensed teacher of English and Latin in the Western Boone County Community Schools, Thorntown, Indiana, for the school year of 1968-1969. He also assumed the additional *252duties of yearbook sponsor, Latin Club sponsor, and senior class sponsor.

On December 11, 1968, plaintiff-appellant was suspended from his teaching duties at Granville Wells School by the defendant, James P. Fritch, Superintendent of Schools, on the grounds of insubordination.
