MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROBSON, Senior District Judge.

This cause is before the court on the various motions of the .defendants to strike the complaint as improperly pleaded and to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. For the reasons hereinafter stated, the complaint shall be stricken in its entirety and dismissed.
