STAHL, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff-Appellant, Marianne Casteel, appeals a grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee, Continental Casualty Company (“Continental”), on her claims of breach of contract and bad faith. At issue is a $80,000 accidental death and dismemberment policy issued by Appellee to Appellant’s ex-husband. We affirm.
