Plaintiff Richard Goldman (“plaintiff’), a member of the New York Bar proceeding pro se, brings this action against defendants Fiat Chrysler Automobiles US, LLC (“Fiat”), 1 Safety Net Promotions (“Safety Net”), and John Does 1-10 (collectively “defendants”) alleging breach of contract, tortious inference with contractual relations, and “tortious prevention of plaintiff from completing added requirements for the contract.” Plaintiff does not allege any claims arising under federal law.
