At the April term, 1911, of Colquitt superior court the accused were placed on trial under an indictment charging them with the offense of murder. The trial Judge instructed the Jury upon the law relating to murder,' voluntary manslaughter, and ■Justifiable homicide, but declined to give them instructions upon the law of involuntary manslaughter. The Jury, however, returned a verdict finding the'.accused guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
