MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WOLF, District Judge.
The court recently received and read the Presentence Report (“PSR”) concerning William H. Anderson in anticipation of his sentencing, which was scheduled for October 17, 2002. Neither party objected to any part of the PSR that relates to the calculation of the guideline range or possible sentence. However, the court questions whether Probation and the parties have properly calculated the guideline range for Anderson’s sentence.
