Louis M. Mainiero appeals from judgments of conviction for sexual contact with a person under the age of sixteen and criminal trespass to a dwelling. Mainiero offers three arguments on appeal: (1) the trial court's refusal to disclose the complainant's psychiatric records denied him due process and a fair trial, (2) the trial court improperly admitted irrelevant evidence to suggest his bad character for sexual morality which was highly prejudicial, and (3) the trial court improperly permitted the State to submit evidence of the complainant's prior consistent statements.
