Appellants Johnson Real Estate Investments, LLC, Johnson Research & Development Company, Inc. and Excellatron Solid State, LLC (referred to collectively herein as “Excellatron”) appeal from the trial court’s order affirming an arbitration award in favor of Aqua Industrials, Inc. Aqua, a subcontractor on a construction project, instituted the arbitration proceeding asserting that after the parties’ construction contracts were terminated, its demand for payment of various invoices was not met.
