We granted certiorari in order to determine whether OCGA § 9-9-13 (b) of the Georgia Arbitration Code provides the exclusive grounds for vacating an arbitration award, or whether an award may be vacated upon a reviewing court’s determination that there is no evidence to support the award. Relying upon principles associated with the appellate review of judicial and administrative decisions, the Court of Appeals ruled that an arbitration award may be vacated if it is determined that no evidence supports it.
