This case was originally instituted in the district court of Washington county on July 14,1915, by the defendant in error against the plaintiffs in error. The parties will hereafter be referred to as they appeared in the court below. The plaintiff was a resident of the city of Sharon, Pa. The defendant M., I-C. & T. Ry.
