This is a suit in equity for the cancellation of a deed. The main allegation of the bill of complaint as finally amended is as follows: “That on the 15th day of April, 1925, said Cora Jones” (the petitioner) “was absent from the Territory of Hawaii, being then in the State of California, to the knowledge of respondent J.
