Emil Wery died testate in Honolulu. June 7, 1930, at the age of seventy-seven years, seized and possessed of considerable real and personal property subsequently appraised in the proceedings upon probate of his will at fifty-four thousand odd dollars. The deceased was survived by his widow and three children, the latter the issue by a former wife named Hattie who died in July, 1916.
