OPINION
LECHNER, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the motion of certain defendants (the “Moving Defendants”) to remand .this case to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex County (the “Superior Court”). 1 For the reasons set forth below, the motion is granted.
