*960In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for medical malpractice, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Price, J.), entered November 22, 2006, as granted that branch of the plaintiffs cross motion which was for leave to amend the complaint to assert a cause of action sounding in negligence.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
