Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County (Frank Caruso, J.), entered June 12, 2007 in an action for a permanent injunction. The order denied plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
