delivered the opinion of the court.

This proceeding was instituted in the County Court by the State’s attorney in the name of the People of the State to compel the plaintiff in error to support his infant son. Upon final hearing the court ordered that plaintiff in error pay into the hands of the clerk of that court $2 per week for the use and support of said infant child. An appeal was prayed by plaintiff in error and allowed in the County Court upon the filing of a bond in the penal sum. of $500. Ho bond was filed and the proposed appeal was not perfected. A motion…
