The plaintiffs filed suit in the district court of Oklahoma county, against the defendant for judgment on a certain note and sued out an attachment which was levied upon a certain Hudson) automobile belonging tío the defendant. The defendant filed a motion to discharge said attachment for the reason that no grounds for an attachment existed and that the grounds for attachment set out in the attachment affidavit are untrue.
