FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER
HANSON, District Judge.
On March 1, 1971, there came on for hearing before the Court the Plaintiff’s Motion for a Consent Judgment, filed herein on December 4, 1970. The Plaintiff Administratrix appeared in person and by her attorney John P. Miller.
